Conflict may be an inevitable fact of life, but how we approach and manage conflicts can make all the difference to the quality of our lives.  A poorly managed conflict can spark a crisis, but all too often we just try to avoid, suppress or merely tolerate conflict.  We should be working to enhance our skills for dealing with conflicts and understanding conflict as a process which can be a real opportunity for positive social change and personal growth.

Supreme Evaluation, Inc. has developed a comprehensive and carefully individualized program for schools which uses a combined approach to give students, school personnel and families the knowledge and tools they need to effectively, equitably and responsively resolve conflicts.  Conflict resolution skill development can be an integral part of the educational process and Supreme Evaluation, Inc. is ready to help.  Our staff for this program consists of proven former leaders in the NYC Public Schools who are expert in all aspects of conflict resolution education and program operation.

How can Supreme Evaluation, Inc. help if my school already has a conflict resolution program?

If your school already has invested time and effort in a program on conflict resolution, turn to Supreme Evaluation, Inc. for an independent evaluation of your program.  Proper program evaluation best positions your school to understand how you have measured up against your original goals and to make plans for further, continued and/or modified interventions.

What if my school is interested, but we are simply not sure where to start to tackle the issue of conflict resolution?

Some schools elect to have our staff conduct a full-blown needs assessment so that a clear and unique vision can be developed of what is truly needed in this area.  A comprehensive needs assessment put together by our expert staff can help each school identify its strengths, weaknesses and begin making decisions about where to best invest its scare resources to address this complex yet important topic.
